Private Event: LTArt Presents Its Latest Fractional Ownership Project at Withersworldwide Milan

To mark the launch of their upcoming fractional ownership project, LTArt held a private event at international law firm Withersworldwide in Milan.

On May 25th, LTArt held a private event at international law firm Withersworldwide in Milan to present their latest fractional ownership project, 'Untitled' by Marc Chagall. During the event, LTArt CEO Francesca Casiraghi and Chief Art Officer Jessica Tanghetti not only provided a general overview of the work but also discussed the artist's recent performance in the art market and how the model of fractional ownership works. Partner at Withersworldwide, Giulia Cipollini, then presented the contractual and legal aspects involved in fractional ownership, while Carlo Alberto Demichelis discussed fractional ownership and NFTs within the context of the wider art market.
